It's been a cool minute since I've posted a recipe for you guys, but this is something that was NECESSARY for me to share! Avocado Garlic Pasta.... yes.. Avocado plus garlic? GENIUS combination! 


I was so shocked to see how many benefits Avocado have! Makes sense, since AVOCADO IS LIFE. 

Meal/Cook Time:  30 minutes


  • 1 Large Pot
  • 1 Skillet
  • A food processor/blender


  • 2 ripe avocados
  • Lemon
  • Lemon Juice
  • Minced Garlic
  • Whole Wheat Noodles
  • Pepper
  • Olive Oil/Coconut Oil
  • Sun dried Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup of Parsley 
  • Your choice of protein


STEP 1: Boil water in a large pot for the noodles. *Add a pinch of sea salt to add more absorbance for liquids

STEP 2: As the noodles are cooking, season the protein. In my case, I chose chicken. I only seasoned a bit because I didn't want to overpower the actual avocado sauce. I used a tad bit of pepper & Mrs. Dash's Garlic & Herb spice. Grill on skillet till cooked.

STEP 3: Slice your 2 ripe avocados in half and put in a food processor or blender. 

  • Add 1/2 a cup of olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of minced garlic (based on preference)
  • 1 cup of lemon juice 
  • Add Sun dried tomatoes (based on preference)
  • Add 1/2 cup of Parsley

Blend, blend & blend till smooth.

STEP 4: Strain your cooked noodles, add cold water to keep noodles from sticking & strain again. Add noodles back to pot. 

STEP 5: Add the sauce to the pot of noodles. Our goal is to coat the sauce with the noodles, not necessarily drain it with the sauce!

STEP 6: Slice up lemons and add on top with the grilled chicken. 

STEP 7: Enjoy!
