I'm basically addicted to this PB&J smoothie. I love knowing exactly what's going in my body. I don't normally crave sweets; those who have a sweet tooth.. this recipe is for you! Make sure you get peanut butter that is HEALTHY for you. Skippy or Jif is not highly recommended. Read the ingredients and make sure everything is all natural. I purchased mine at Trader Joe's at an affordable cost. I hope you guys like it!
- 1 banana (optional: frozen)
- 2 cups of fresh strawberries
- 1 1/2 tbsp of organic peanut butter
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 tbsp of Chia Seeds
- 1 scoop of Collagen
