HOMEMADE AVOCADO PASTA SAUCE

As much as store bought sauces in jars are convenient and can taste good when you add your own ingredients in the mix, I still never felt comfortable with what was actually going in my body. Lately, I've been creating my own sauces. Some are good, some aren't lol So you know I'll only post the TASTY ones. I've posted an Avocado Pasta recipe before, but I've made a few changes as I honestly haven't made it in a year or so. All ingredients are healthy and a better alternative for you than store bought sauces. I hope you guys like it! 

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 RIPE AVOCADOS
  • 1/2 TBSP MINCED GARLIC
  • 1/4 CUP LEMON OR LIME JUICE
  • 1/2 CUP AVOCADO OIL
  • DASH OF SEA SALT & PEPPER
  • DASH OF PARSLEY

I use the Ninja Nutri Auto IQ Blender to process all ingredients above. Blend till smooth.

Next, I pour the sauce into a sauce pan on low heat. 

 

 

 

 

What I love about this dish is that you don't need a gang of sauce for it to be tasty. Less is more and a little goes a long way with this dish! Let me know if you tried it, I can't wait to hear your reviews on it!
