Confuse your muscles by switching up your ab routine. One of my MIP sisters actually taught us this short yet effective ab circuit to us. Warning: It really does burn! 

 

Circuit: 4 sets

Scissor Bicycles : 16 reps

Plank Walk into

Dolphin Planks into

Mountain Climbers back to

Plank for 10 seconds

Remember to drink plenty of water!
