  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup of almond butter
  • 3 dates, pitted
  • 1 cup of unflavored protein powder (optional)
  • 1/3 cup of almond milk
  • 1 cup of ice (optional)

I've been very proud of myself in the kitchen lately as I've been trying out different recipes. I know a lot of Modern Fit's readers are hustlers who are always on the go. I try my hardest to advocate healthy living and trying various ways to make it easy for us GOAL GETTERS. Making the same smoothies gets tiresome, so I'm making it a goal to try & post different smoothies throughout the week. I've also been trying to blend up as much dates as possible since we have two boxes here at our apartment (face palm). 

This smoothie is DELICIOUS & jam packed with all the good nutrients!
